Academic Assessments

Evidence of Progress Evaluations

Homeschool Learning Plan

Academic Assessments are helpful tools to help us understand student learning. The results of a Nationally-Normed Assessment can give us the evidence to:

● Identify academic functioning and growth over time

● Determine relative academic strengths and opportunities for growth

● Using data for instructional decisions (i.e. choosing the correct curriculum for your child)

Homeschool Learning Plan

 We will work together to create a Homeschool Learning Plan (HLP) that describes the students' current level of performance and goals/outcomes for the school year.  It includes monthly support calls. 


The Homeschool Learning Plan is used to determine whether there is evidence of student educational growth and progress during the 2024-2025 school year.
